Evan is a Certified Personal Trainer with NSCA and aims to educate and inspire clients as they accomplish their personal fitness goals. His classes focus on foundational exercises in strength training and sculpting, and draws upon many popular modes such as weight lifting, yoga, and interval training to provide clients with well-constructed and effective strategies for fitness. Evan aims to empower everyone he can towards increased self-confidence and personal fulfillment with in health and fitness. He promises you’ll leave every Condition class stronger and happier.
Using programming structure such as tabata, interval, circuit and ladder, this class combines various equipment, functional movement and findings in exercise science to strengthen and fine-tune major muscle groups.
